What's included
Our meeting room hire comes standard with the following facilities: High-speed Wi-Fi, HDMI-connected display monitor, whiteboard, access to kitchen amenities (tea and coffee provided), eating area and zen garden access, guest waiting area near front reception, smoke-free campus and onsite parking.

Our meeting room hire rates are flexible and vary depending on the room chosen. Half-day rates start at $126, providing affordable options to suit your needs.

Meeting room B108 is ideal for smaller gatherings, comfortably accommodating 2-4 attendees. Our half-day rate for this room starts at $126, while the full-day rate is $235, providing flexible options for your meeting needs.
Meeting room 2
Meeting room B109 is designed to accommodate gatherings of 4-6 attendees, providing ample space for collaborative discussions. Our half-day rate for this room starts at $175, while the full-day rate is $225, offering convenient options.
training room
Teaching Room B107 offers a versatile configurations for any event or workshop. With seating for up to 30 or a theatre-style layout for up to 40 attendees, it's ideal for diverse group sizes. Half-day rates start at $315, with full-day options available for $600.
boardroom 1
Boardroom 1 B134 is designed to accommodate 6-10 attendees with ease. Enjoy direct access to the Zen Garden, providing a tranquil atmosphere for your meetings. Our half-day rate for Boardroom 1 starts at $192.5, with a full-day option available for $375.
boardroom 2
Boardroom 2 B135 is perfect for gatherings of 6-10 attendees. Our half-day rate for this room starts at $175, with a full-day option available for $335, providing flexible and affordable solutions for your meeting needs.
